I have just now decided to take a leaf from my good friend Brandon’s e-book and update my journal…it’s been a little bit, and the last time I did I was complaining about my boyfriend…

Who, by the way, is absolutely fantastic. We have been together for just over 6 months now. We went to prom this past Friday and it was definitely as good as they say in the movies, etc., even better than last year, because THIS year, my date actually danced with me. AND we danced every dance, AND I got to boogie down with a bunch of my buddies, so it was a good time.

Graduation is coming up fast. I can’t believe that I have been stuck in this hellhole of a school for the past six years, and I am finally about to break free… Of course, now I have four more years of college to get my Bachelor’s degree in English. I am going off to Lyndon State College, in Vermont. True, the school’s population is only about 3 times of what my school is now, but come on. It’s COLLEGE! The ultimate, coming-of-age experience! I think I can deal.

My senior project in art is coming along nicely. It is supposed to reflect who we are, where we came from, and where we are going in our life, up to this point. Pretty tacky, I know. But still. So I am using a garden trellis, making is all pretty. You know, the growth in life, etc. Whatever.

I have also finally decided to take Driver’s Ed. It is pretty ridiculous. SNORE. But at least I get a discount on insurance, and hopefully enough practice to get my over my irrational fear of driving.

Well I suppose that I should jet. I have stuff to do for my psychology class. If you want any more updates, let me know!
